Character in UPPERCASE or LOWERCASE in TEXTBOX

Textbox has a property for input in a particular case is CharacterCasing  

It has a three value
    1. Normal
      All types input.
    2. Upper
      Only input in UPPERCASE
    3. Lower   
      Only input in LOWERCASE
